LOL... I'm dumb, I have no idea how insurance works because I've never had to use it! Ok... so they want me to drop my car off at G&C on monday. So I just ask for an estimate and then call her insurance and ask for a cash settlement? Is that what I do? Or do I tell my insurance to tell hers that I want a cash settlement? My Z is great... it still needs to get its boo boo fixed though..

I'm thinking of selling it though.... know anyone that wants an 04 Z?

yeah you should be able to just settle with them in cash, they might want their estimator to check it out, but I wouldnt drop it off with G+C, an estimate should only take a few minutes, just stop in there get the estimate and split. If your not filing an injury claim they should be VERY willing to work with you on whatever property claim you want to settle on

(you have 1 year to file an injury claim)

ANNA ! If you do this RIGHT you can fix both car with the $$ you get. CALL

[1]Just stop fast & get estimate (max 1hr.)

[2]Her ins. will then make an appointment & come to you & right the check in person, after doing there own estimate. DO NOT tel them you already have an estimate. "O" and get an estimate from the highest cost repairplace in your area.
