I guess I should clarify:

If someone confirms at 10:00am can you put down 10:30am? It wasn't stated how long each appointment would be, nor was there any schedule to sign up for, so talking to MY watch wouldn't help any. I was thinking that the person who actually did the work would be talking to HIS watch...

 

D87, it typically is a first come first serve type of deal once you get to the place. I think people were marking "confirmed" when the list went from a tentative event to an event formally scheduled for Oct. 22nd. The times are just an approximation of when people think they will arrive.
