Thank you all for coming out! I had an awsome time meeting everyone, and even thought the weather wasn't perfect, it stayed nice and clear for long enough to get as much as I had planned in.

ZBart, you should've come. Sorry bout those 9er's, but lets face it - its gonna be Tampa Bay v. Oakland for the Super Bowl. Special thanks Derek for getting these pics up. I've been recuperating myself this evening (stayed up waaaay too late the night before). Sooner or later I'll get my film developed and I'll post what I've got (if its anything different).

To everyone who came out thank you for making it a safe and enjoyable day. If you have any questions about any of the roads we were on or want any other good Marin Drives please drop me a PM. I don't know if I'll see you guys anytime till maybe this summer, so keep having fun (also, y'all gotta get some Talkabouts, they make runs much easier!)...

Thanks for taking care of me Northern California!

the 245/40/18 and 275/40/18 fit and look great on the stock Track Z rims. There are no scrubs, and I have not noticed any steering deffirence to speak of.

Also, they will bulg a little bit that helps protect those lovely track rims!!

I went with the S03's for the supper stick, but the Kumo MX's are just as good and a bit cheaper.

I'll be looking for those points!! (HEHE)

Dczoner,
Thanks for setting this up. Weather held up until the drive was over and finally got a chance to push my car a little harder. Let us know next time you're back up here, I'm sure all the guys would like you to setup another drive.
I'll get my pics posted soon as well.

Hey Wizeline, you forgot about me... I'm the other other silverstone... Btw, it was fun going through the city this morning, we even made it on time... I guess Nissan still need to work on the NAV

Anyways, I'll go ahead and start a new thread so we can start planning for the next drive....

The other Dave...

It was great meeting all of you! Considering the way the sky looked we still had a good turn out. Hope everybody got home safely. 15 miles north it was raining cats & dogs and stayed that way into the night.

Dave, thanks a bunch for setting this up. The route was a lot of fun. No matter which roads you take there will always be someone on it that will slow you down. Most were very polite to pull over for the "train". Have a safe trip south.

Thanks Derek for posting the pics already. Very exciting career you have going for you.

Shawn and John: I sure hope you guys got turned around and headed back south to Rte 37 without going too far out of your way. By the time I realized you had followed me north it was too late to do anything.

We'll have to do this again...different roads...different area.

Bill
