Plan to be done somewhere btwn 2:00 - 3:00pm ending at the Black Bear Diner in Salinas right off of 101 (Laurel Exit), making it very easy to head back north on 101. Can look at the 101 traffice from inside Black Bear diner. Also gives plenty of time for z'ers to head out before dark with a couple of hours + daylight drivng too.
