Moved into the Northern California section... possibly more responses there than posting in the Pacific section

Default Try Boardwalk Nissan

About the only thing not modified on my car was the drive train and now that has been fixed. I just got my transmission replaced under warrenty and they installed for a minor fee the following parts not purchased through them. A new rear end with the 3.9 gear and Nismo LSD from 350EVO and Nismo clutch and fly wheel purchased from Performance Nissan. They did the work and arranged to return my old rear end to 350EVO to get the deposit. The service guys and the parts guys are very helpful. But, and there is always a but most of there work is high priced. No problems with warrenty work even with mods.

Was it one of the cars in the bay when they had a fire? I went there to get service (as they were close) and saw that their maintenance area was all boarded up. I would *never* go to Hayward Nissan after that. So far I've had good luck with Connell (as they are close to work). But I don't have any performanace mods. They are open to me bringing on my own synthetic.

I bought my car from Hayward Nissan and the salesman (masood) mentioned to me that the service department had a fire recently.... but he did not tell me one of the customer's cars was being damaged....

Realrammstein, is it Connell Nissan of Oakland you are talking about?

Yup. I just had my 30k service done there and brought my own oil. As far as Hayward Nissan, I was thoroughly unimpressed with their sales department (it took them 20 minutes before asales person would talk to me). And when I saw their boarded up repair bays I was shocked .

Would any of the dealers mentioned above help me with front allignment issues even if I have aftermarket 19 inch rims? My basic warranty expired already but I read about the warranty extension for the 2003 350z and it says my allignment will only be addressed if I have stock rims and tires.
