Default Farewell Bay Area!

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone here and give a fond farewell to both the people and the cities of the Bay. While I've only met a few of the Nor Cal Z folks in person, I thouroughly enjoyed the events and meets I was able to attend. Keep it up every event was a blast, great people and great cars. Oh and just made the move to Vancouver BC to start a new life, just landed yesterday. Here are a few pics of the move and the new place here in BC (sorry about the bad cell phone pics - it's all I have till our things arrive). Best wishes all!

Pic 1: Z getting loaded in Vallejo. It's going to be loaded and unloaded 3 to 4 times before she gets here - yuck..

Pic 2: Front shot of the townhome we're renting till we can find a home to purchase.

Pic 3: Kitchen shot. Not the biggest for a family but at least it's clean

the Z community in Seattle pretty strong too. You can still see and join with them. Only few hours drive.

Indeed I will be driving to Seattle for some track days there Hopefully will make the trip down to PIR though that's a long drive, but I have a co-worker who races so perhaps we'll be able to do the trip together.

Thanks for the kind words Brian, and I'll definitely stay active on the boards.

Thanks again all. And to answer the question, I moved to try to get my family in a better environment. Don't get me wrong I love the Bay Area and think it's one of the greatest places in the world but with 2 young kids my wife and I were looking to slow our lives down a bit. My job here was high stress, heavy hours, etc. etc. and I was offered the right job up here, perfect for the lifestyle we were looking for, without having to take a financial hit.
