Best Dealership in the bay?
I bought my Z in Petaluma from Randy Trujillo, salesperson at Northbay Nissan. The best sales experience I've ever had!
I called a few dealerships the second week of September, inquiring about the Z. Most of the dealerships were asking $3K-$10K over MSRP. Finally, after I spoke with Randy, he promised me MSRP price for touring model. Two weeks later, he called me saying that he has Brickyard touring right now. I drove there in my Eclipse GT, left in Z
. He called me a few times after, to make sure I'm happy. I was pretty happy with the whole sales process, as we only spent 1 or 1.5 hours on everything.
Unfortunately, Petaluma is about 50 miles from Daly City, so I don't really want to take my car there for services. So, I'm stuck with Serramonte Service Department, which I don't like at all. I was servicing my Eclipse there before, now I was there twice with Z. If I had a chance, I would use any other service department, but Serramonte is only 2 minutes from my home, so I have to sacrifice service for convenience, which sux.
BTW, Serramonte sales department is not the best either. In May, I inquired about the Z and was told that if I put $1K down now, I will get a car whenever it arrives at $5K over MSRP, but if I wait, I would have to pay $10K over. The "Sales Manager" there told me that Z will be produced as limited production vehicle - which was a total BS to me.
So, for anyone in SF Bay, if you are looking for good service and treatment, go to Northbay Nissan, otherwise go to Serramonte Nissan

Well I can say a big thumbs down to Concord Nissan after todays events.
I was told if I brought in my customer survey and let them fill it out I would be given a Free Tank of Gas (thats $38) and a free oil change.
I was contacted on Friday after having the car for 3 weeks. I told the salesman (Moe) that I would be in on saturday. I had asked him about the Frost Trunk Mat (they gave me black) and he said that he would order it for me.
I arrived at Concord Nissan today and after a 10 minute wait I was told that the Mat could be ordered (i would pay for it), and that their gas pump was not working (bs) At that moment I wasn't thinking and Moe handed me $20 for gas (not even a half a tank) and I just left.
It wasn't until I was half way to a gas station that I realized how stupid I was for giving the dealer my Survey and taking the $20.
Is it worth it for me to call Nissan CO and let them know what transpired??

those guys are down the street from me...but I don't go there.
I'm getting Dirito Bros in W.C. to do my window streak repair (2nd one they've done)
Concord didn't even know what I was talking about - no surprise.

Check out Vallejo Nissan I bought my touring model there and it was a good experience. Stay away from any dealers in Fairfield or Vacaville CA. Minimum 6 to 10k mark up
Personally didn't like my Vallejo service experience. I took it in on appointment so that I could get into work on time, things ran late so I called and they said "oh yeah it's been ready for a little while now..." Also took it in for an alignment check as it was pulling a little to the right and my steering wheel was off center. I get the car back and they said no alignment was needed. It still pulled to the right and even worse, the steering wheel was even more off center. Now I just take it to San Rafael Nissan. No problems thus far, their service has been great.
