Don't get Arvin's, he took some pictures of his unique cousin that has the dingle-berry armpits. His camera's CCD probably ruined by that $hit.

No not really, but there's this one time, I took a closeup picture of her. She was all smiling and posing for me, not knowing that I was only taking a picture of her pimple. I proceeded to superzoomed at her pimple brewing on the tip of her nose. Needless to say, she was mad at me the rest of the day.
I still remember that pimple. It was ready to erupt like Mt Pinatubo. So red with yellow puzz right in the middle. The next day, she popped it and I noticed that it kind of distorted her nose. To this day, I still see the crater created by the eruption.

The camera body is probably the least important part of a photo system for the average user. A digital rebel is more camera than many people will ever use.
Lenses make much more impact on the typical pictures somebody will take.
Of course, there's nothing better than experience, imagination and skill. That's not something one can typically buy.
