wheel repair shops in sacramento?

I need to get 2 of my wheels repolished and clear coated. anyone know of a good shop in sac to bring them to?

is it on El Camino and Albatross? I tried to find it today, but didn't see it

Yes, you have to go down albatross, turn right into 2 rows of businesses behind gates and it's at the end on the right.
