Anybody know of a good & trustworthy detail shop around here? My front bumper is getting some knicks from commuting and I'm thinking of cleaning up the problem, then getting a 3M clear bra installed. Thanks in advance!

 

The best one I've used (unfortunately several times for damages on other vehicles) is Anthony's. They're in the Canal area of San Rafael. They do an excellent job.

 

I advise against these "Clear coat" adhesive protectants. They discolor after being exposed to rain and sun, and if you have a light colored car, it can look yellow against your paint.

You can also see the seams...looks tacky.

I would recommend a clear chemical protectant...such as CrystalGuard.

I have see apharmdb 350 every day.
Soap do you own a redline? If so I have yet to see one on the road.

 

I use Works Autobody in Santa Clara. They have fixed my Ferrari, Lamborghini, and BMWs and did good job. Talk to Chris. And for the paint protection, CustomExotica in Mountain View can take care of it. Talk to Chris there, too
