Default Anyone here running stock exhaust w/ TP/HFC?

Just wondering if anyone local has this setup.. Would like some thoughts/opinions on it and would like to hear it in person.. yess i know this has been discussed before, but i want to hear it in person....

I am for now.. but i live in jersey. It doesn't sound too bad. It peaks in resonance at 3k rpm and it sounds very nice then...after that it sounds kinda choppy if you gun it... its not a bad sound though. I'm hard on my car though..i judge her too much. My friend has HKS TDTi, and he said he liked the sound of my car .

I gutted my OE cats and remaining exhuast is stock.

I had non-res test pipes on stock y-pipe & exhaust...it sounds NASTY at 3K rpms...but after 4...it sounds like stock again...only a little louder.

Also it has that nasty decel hiss that's so well known on these boards.

Get the HFC or resonated TPs...

+1...so just stay above 4K rpms and you'll be good!

i have res testpipes im in san jose for a week or 2 getting painted if you want to hear it
