D & J Hobby in Campbell has a pretty good selection but is a bit of a drive for you. You can also try San Antonio Hobby in Mountain View. They have a decent RC dept and are a few miles down the 101 from you.

Sheldon's is cool and there is a hobby shop on Hillsdale right before Bascom. They used to hold slot car races and parking lot races for Electric and Gas cars I believe. I forgot the name. I might have to dust off my electric with upgraded engine. This sucker was quick.

what kind of RC car do u have ucsbturbo?

i have a Nitro TC3 and a tmaxx revo....i stopped playing wit my tc3 and now its collecting dust... i still play wit my revo from time to time but i mostly fly my chopper now.. my helicopter is an align trex, ive had it for about 3-4 months...are there any rc pilots onboard?

yes, sheldons is a good place to buy parts, they have parts for all the popular rc models.. sheldons can seem like its in milpitas but its not, it is in san jose on oakland rd a couple blocks from the milpitas border...if your into rc cars, sheldons is pretty good, the ppl who work their are helpful... when it comes to helicopters, they dont help at all... once you buy it, your on your own... so if your thinkin of goin into helicopters, dont go to sheldons!!!

i wish i bought my heli at aeromicro, they will help you setup and tune your heli to be in a good flying condition for as long as you own it as long as you bought it from them... cant say that for sheldons....

I used to go to ACE hardware in Burlingame(SP?!) I thought or near by, believe it or not...they specialized in gas power 1/8 on-road once upon a time...
They have a website...eaisy to find when I google for Kyosho Evolva info.
