Just thought I'd share my positive experiences with the service department of Connell Nissan in Oakland. Everytime I go in, I am treated with respect and professionalism. Eric and Gary, the service advisors, are awesome and friendly. I took my Z in last time for the rear axle clicking problem and could not have received better and faster service. I just took it in today for what looked like rust forming on my hood and roof (post can be seen here, looks like other Z's have a similar problem: https://my350z.com/forum/2003-2009-nissan-350z/195071-rust-spots-on-the-roof-wtf.html) and spoke with the service manager, Martin (pronounced "Marteeeen"). He took care of me promptly and made me feel like a cared-for customer. Just thought I'd share a positive dealer experience

 

I love those guys! They are open to me bringing my own synthetic oil for changing.
