Special night at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley in East Palo Alto:
Osteria nights at Quattro:
A meeting of trend and tradition. A classic family style Italian meal reminiscent of how Chef Alessandro Cartumini and Sous Chef Bruno Cardone were raised in the "old country". Four courses comprised of three to four dishes, all placed center table to be shared amongst family and friends in a perfect ambiance complimented by the superb wines of one of the foremost "local" wineries of international acclaim; Ridge. Lytton Springs Zinfandel and Santa Cruz Chardonnay will be poured all evening in addition to a very special selection from Ridge which is not generally available to the public and will certainly highlight the fantastic cuisine which of course will focus on the freshest local products available for the season. A representative from Ridge will be present to further explain any of the wines present and of course the Quattro staff of culinarians and highly trained front of house staff will be at the beck and call of all of our highly discerning guests.

-$75 per person (not inclusive of tax and tip)
-Call the hotel line or the restaurant directly for reservations
-We do encourage reservations, however far be it from Quattro to turn people away at the door
- Sit down...drink...enjoy...(all the vino you can take)
