your boss or friend who lent you the porsche had a very good reason behind insissting you not to pay for the ticket as well has him not wanting to pay for the ticket.

As you know the rich are usually money smart, they usually save and only invest/spend on practical things. Obviously he spoiled himself by buying a prosche. He is trying to make you learn that even though a mere ticket of $3x.xx is chump change to you and him, money is money. Do not give out your money willingly unless it's needed. Problem is not the money, the problem that he believes that you should not pay for the ticket becuase its not your fault. He doesn't want you to throw money away for no good reason. Like the old saying goes, penny saved is a penny earned.

Beside, writting a easy letter to get your ticket written off is not that bad. And look on the bright side, if you get your ticket dismissed you now have an extra $30 for drinks/food when you go out or take me out for giving you such a good advice.

Trust me, your boss or friend doesnt sound like a cheap-o. I've met and hung out with a few wealthies and yeah they can be cheap but their reason and logic behind it is 100% correct. Some of them just bring their reason and logic to the next level making them a tightwod.

I like how you nicely added "me taking you out for good advice".

I've been working with him for awhile now. He is a very reputable person and is very respectful to everyone. Besides, although we work together, he's in the OR 90% of the time. I wouldn't want to mess around with anyone who's married and have kids. I got more class than that.

LOL....that's super cute! I guess I do have a chance here on this forum instead of eharmony.com or match.com. Never thought that this thread would go off the topic. My friends would probably thank God and all the men who were interested in me. They say I'm getting old...28 is just a number.
