Borrowed a Porche Turbo...
Can the ride be any better than my Z? It better be if spending over $100,000.
Well anyways, I parked the porsche at work and the owner comes back to me with a parking ticket. $35...what a big deal just pay the damn thing. This person makes over $1.5 million a year and he can't pay the ticket. He says that the permit fell on the floor (which it actually did) and the police didn't see it so he shouldn't have to pay for it. He wants me to write a letter but I'm too busy at work.
Can anyone help me with a letter? A draft of something would be fine.

What does it matter how much the guy makes. He was nice enough to let you borrow his porsche, and you are the one that parked it. Regardless if the parking pass fell, it happened on your watch, so you should deal with it.
If the owner wrote the letter what would it say "uh, i let someone borrow the car, and he didn't take the time to make sure the permit was securely attached, so uh, cancel the ticket."
what a joke

write a letter that shows the permit is valid prior to and after the date of the ticket. Tell them the permit was covered by a piece of paper or something and therefore the officer didnt' see it. As long as the permit is valid (i.e. you're paying your dues on time, etc) they should waive the ticket.
