Pho 54 @ 880 Dixon landing....or there's one right off 680 McKey (Is that how you spell that street?) inside of a huge plaza..

Pho sure the best Pho is the one inside the Ranch 99 Mall in El Cerrito.

No, actually, Pho 90 in Fresno is really really good. Not over flavorful so you can eat lots of it. I eat mine with the soup clear with a red tint and the garlic pepper oil is the shiznit.
