What do you think of the "green house" Pho place on E12th and 7th/8th Ave?? I love it there... reasonably priced, pho comes out really quick, and their portions are great. My friends also started going to the one down the street on E12th as well on 2nd Ave.

Vietnamese rice noodles.
Best beef pho i've had was in Honolulu. There's this one pho place called "Pho To Chau" in china town. Everything is fresh including the meet. But you have to wait for like an hr in line.
I've live in little saigon which has the best pho restaurant out there but nothing compared to this place.

However, my mom's chicken pho is the best.
