The only way I am caravaning is if you guys are going to Chevys in Emeryville with some Z friends of mine. RR will be packed so we are taking a easier route, everyone is welcome but no guarantee for parking there either and I will decide on our time monday for chevys.

Chevys is right before the bridge along the waterfront in emeryville, right off the highway.

 

I will be joining from Fairfield, can anyone call on their way past so I can join the group. If so I will provide my number.

Double check with James the moderator here. I think I heard that they were giving away great prizes at the luncheon at Red Robin in San Mateo. Lots of free stuff. Not 100% sure tho.

I'm not taking care of that aspect of this event but from my understanding, yes we are working with vendors for raffle prizes (just like previous years). I'd have to confirm with the other organizers though.

Reuben, actually it was "Game On".... let's have a fun/safe time on this run. If the prizes are worth the trip down to RR I'm in.... otherwise Chevy's and then TI sounds good.

We plan to be there around 1030-1100 then maybe TI 12-1. My plan was to get there early and sorta help organize parking in terms of Z models, there will be at least 1 of each model Z going to Chevys.

Dont feel you have to go this route, this was something I decided to do to free up some space at RR since there is no reserved parking this year.

 

Just so you guys know...the MAIN meeting spot is actually RR NOT TI. Seems you guys are thinking that TI is the main spot but this is not the case. RR is where we all hung out the longest & did all the raffles/prizes. TI was only an hour or so photoshoot op & then we all parted our own seperate ways. Some did drives after & some hung out longer. This is the same format we used previous year...

Okay...I did not know that. I thought TI was the main meet and RR was more of a meet up spot.

Not a lot of people are giving me feedback regarding whether they'd like to go straight to RR, Chevy's, or TI. Please let me know!

I'm thinking of changing the drive from Chevy's to RR so we can make an appearance in the city and enjoy the huge caravan to TI, but I'd like to go with what the majority of the Sacramento caravan would like to do.

Well if the "Main event" is at RR then I would like to go there. We dont really need to eat there we can just park and chat. I too want to be in the giant caravan to TI as well.

Yeah, not everyone decided to eat anyway. I personally stayed outside to take pics . Besides, if you want to grab a bite to eat & not go to RR, there are other restaurants in that area (BJ's, Mimi's Cafe, Armadillo *****'s, ...)

 

Enjoy it either way guys, like I said we both can use the caravan spot, my group is the older Z's (z31 and a z31) leaving at 900am from sac, maybe we all can still caravan together, just split up when we reach berkeley if that sounds good. Also any fairfield Z can still use fairfield infiniti as there spot and leave with me if it works out.....I doubt it you guys might want to leave earlier though. Someone needs to pick the RR sac time though, it was never posted.

 

With all that being said, regardless of where you decide to go, we are all meeting at the West Sacramento Chevron and leaving there at 9:00 AM SHARP.

I supposed we can have two caravan lists. I'll be using the same list that we already have to go straight to Red Robin.
