Well I just got back from a 3 month vacation back home in Hawaii and I found out that one of my tires had a leak. Does anyone know a good place around the San Jose/Santa Clara area that can repair it for a good price. How much would I expect to pay? Thanks!
Honestly, (at least in my experience) any halfway decent shop can fix a leak in a tire if it's not on the sidewall. I got mines done at a bunch of shops like Wheel Works and never had a problem.
sidewall -> tire center
hole -> DIY at Kragen, Autozone, etc., tire repair kit. It takes an honest 10 minutes with a little bit of soapy in a water spray bottle. BTW, most tires lose about 1psi/month, and should always be checked - were the rest of them lower than this one in particular?
