Here is what I did yesterday to help with some of the noises:
MATERIAL: Any of these will work...
- Rubber shelf cover (HomeDepot)
- Yoga Mat (Target)
- Dynamat (Too expensive)
TOOLS:
- Jack & Stands
- Lug nut wrench (to remove your wheels)
- 17MM socket (to remove 1 bolt at the bottom of the suspension)
- 12MM socket (to remove 2 nuts at the top of the suspension)
SETTINGS: Personal preference. (I may change it; pending results)
- FRONT: 13 clicks out
- REAR: 13 clicks out
(1 = Hard / 15 = Soft)
I'll post results, once I have more miles.

Actually, I was gone in San Diego for the weekend...came back and my car isn't noisy anymore. I think its kinda wierd, but it doesn't bother me none. I'm guessing they just had to settle or something. But I will still try that greasing thing.

BTW...as Nitrouz pointed out...I use to have popping noises when my sways were set at full hard (front/rear). Come to find out that when using a full coilover setup combined with a stiffer sway setting put a lot of stress on my endlinks. As soon as I set my sways to full medium, the noise was "reduced". After talking with serveral people about this, it is actually quite common if you go with a full coilover setup since generally these are used for track anyway where noise is not a factor. I was going to add something to absorb the sound like what has been suggested but I was told that it MAY actually cause the mounts to losen.

Nitrouz & GTNPU_Z you guys should really roll down Santana Row this Sunday.
Nitrouz, I would love to see what you did to your Z in person. I'm tired of looking at the pictures.
GTNPU_Z, any mods since the last time I saw you, other than the Stance suspension?
