They should call it Rice Theory next year.
lol are u sayin it shoulda been "rice theory, rice before spice" instead of 'jdm theory function before fashion'? i guess it cant be helped when theres a lot more honda/integras and hella more categories to fit them i.e. best honda, best acura, best civic, best integra, best honda or acura, best 4-door honda/acura, best s2000. what do we get? just a best nissan category, no z category. only like 10 350z's, i suppose not enough to get our own category like the 30 s2000's.

i was dissappointed that they did not have a minimum modification criteria as i saw stock cars showing!?!?! during the show, it was a bit boring for the ppl showing...no attractions. lastly, i felt my car was judged unfairly as i won Best Nissan last year and did not even place in the top 3 this year with MORE mods. there were better nissans this year, but i felt i was very competitive with them. i will not support this show anymore.

yea you shoulda won...we all know that.

Karen asked the judges what their point systems were, and the judges just said something like there's no point system...it's all based on how they see the car as a whole. Karen challenged them and asked how they would know what the car had where it couldn't be seen, and they answered "well we're experts...we know what's JDM and what's not..."

What a bunch of crackheads...thinking they know everything there is to know. That's why the show is losing credibility with many ppl here.

yea whats up with the stock cars showing? so if we brought in 30 stock 350z's we could at least win best 'team representation'? thats kinda dumb. for reals there should definitely be a mininum mod rule for exterior and interior or something. its like they judged ronnies stuff w/o looking at his mod list and engine or did they even look at it at all? politics man, its all politics. its like most of the winners were already really good friends with the judges and the guys who throw it. unfair, now that i think about it i want my $40 and 15 hours of my life back!

I think if you looked closely at the work that was done to the cars you would find something interesting. The ls1 powered 240 and rx-7 sounded pretty crazy and the supercharged s2k powered hachi wasn't so bad either. I heard there was a 72 skyline there too, but I guess I missed that one.
