they were heading downhill for awhile now. it was up FS since last summer. Word is...they had TAX issues(can you say audit) last year. it started when Mackin Industries, Inc. (Mackin Industries, established in 1972, is a global distribution center for quality performance products) got audited. when that happen all of their dealers got audited too. gruppe-S's books were shady. their own Helix brand had other issues that i cant say.
