Smile Oil change place

Hey guys,

where do you guys usually have your oil change done beisdes in your own garage/stealerships? any recommendation in the east bay (Fremont)

it honestly does not matter, they are always 18-24 year olds who hate there jobs or they are trying to move up and still hate there lube job...seriously. you run a risk no matter where you go with someone screwing up but just take it to nissan if your willing to pay someone to do it, at least they change them on that car all day everyday and even then.....

I worked at saturn and the lube guy forgot the oil on a customers almost brand new car, he drove it to detail and everyone was wondering why it was smoking....
then a kid at toyota literally topped off the oil, filled the engine to the top on his first change, fortunately they saw him before it was started.

hmm i am actually looking for some reputable mom and pa's ones rather than franchised ones like jiffy lubes.

I guess I cant answer it, just remember a small shop will use crappy oil/filter unless you supply your own or tell them what to use. But oil changes are still done by youngsters not the experienced 99% of the time. I say take it to a dealer if you wont do it yourself on a car like a Z since they do them all day on Z's.
