Help with CF Hood

I traded another member for his hood, I have some fitment issues and was wondering if any of you guys could help me get it to fit better???

I also was wondering if any of you that have CF on your cars have a recomendation of where I can go to get my hood refinished (clearcoat needs to sanded and reclear-coated).

You probably need to have the hood latch adjusted.
