Wasn't marking anyone here... just a general statement.
This one lady in my office has a warriors poster in her cube now... never heard her say the word "warrior" or "basketball" til we made the playoffs!
How do you know I was on board?
Because Chris Gatling and Victor Alexander were big for us off the bench in the '94. Mister Jennings was our novelty player because he was pushing 5'7. We got hustled into thinking Byron Houston was going to be any good. AND, dare I say...Jud Buechler!
GO WARRIORS!!!!

I still think the Dallas Mavericks are going to win this series. They'll win by 15 or so Tuesday night, they'll win by four in Oakland on Thursday, and they'll win by eight in Game 7 while controlling the boards, the tempo and, most of all, their own nerves.
The Mavs need to stop trying to act like champions-to-be and start playing like themselves. Which is what they'll start doing Tuesday, now that they've exhausted all other options.
I just can't see this series expiring without one or more 30-point games from Nowitzki. Once he breaks out, so will his team.As well as the Warriors match up, as much as Nellie understands the vulnerabilities of his former team, as hungry as Davis is to fulfill his elite talents, the Mavs are trailing 3-1 because of issues they themselves can resolve. I'm still convinced that their comeback will start with Nowitzki -- that when he threw in a couple of ridiculous threes at the end of Game 4 without thinking, he discovered the answer. Stop trying to think his way through Nellie's defenses. Just score.
GO MAVS!!!
