I think I have an extra rear tire with some more thread left on it if you like.
I can go check my garage...
It's just that one tire as others are fine. Toe must have got knocked out of alignment and seriously started cupping that one. Gotta love the 80 around here...swear
Appreciate that offer on your used tire Thing is I'm rolling with 285/30/20's on rears. Not a common size unless that's what you have kicking around.
Slowly getting $$ worked out and will be on new rubber soon. Going with either Sumitomo HTRZ lll's or Yoko S.drives. Full set costs close as 2 of my rear Dunlop Sport Maxx and with higher utqg wear ratings...no brainer. Oh...and an alignment for sure
Damn....that tires messed up. good thing you didn't find that out on the freeway.
1)junl condolences on the family loss bro.
2)if you guys ever roll down to socal we gotta meetup. i know like 50 350z/g35 owners down here.
3)cris did you check out that thread about getting center caps for the work s1's the guy pm'd me back and it looks like he is going to make a few sets. woot woot.
4)i've got some sick a$$ coilovers now and a top secret rear diffuser.....BALLINNNNNN
i was thinking about throwing on that ings rear and adding on the ts diffuser to it but the ground clearance would be FTL for reals
Damn....that tires messed up. good thing you didn't find that out on the freeway.
Tell me about it. I was just on a twistie run far from home two days prior to that tire not holding air anymore, via tpms light. I feel lucky it just started to leak air at home on a local errand and not blow and/or shred apart on that run. That would've been all bad +1000 on Dunlop tire build quality.
I went for the Sumi's so will be back up and running soon
