When are you heading up Scott? I think I could be convinced to skip out on work that afternoon. I need to see what the car will run in its current state.

We usually head up from ZCG by 2pm. Let's do it!

Already took the 27th off, can't wait!
What was that "fuse" mod again for doing burnouts?

I don't recall the details. Someone should know... Are your TA and Audi buds going?

I'm thinking about coming out to one of these wednesday night drags. Not sure if I can make the next one though.

I was wondering how it works. Is the whole night devoted to competition? or do drivers get to take as much runs as they want freely?

I was wondering what your name was on here! You have like 3 weeks to prepare, but this time Scott could get his revenge! I won't be in the ZR and get beat down like I did by you on I5 (your sh8t is quick!). I'll be taking my 3-hundo this trip. You have 3 weeks to get ready! Hell, we can bring both dogs and let THEM race down the 1320'.

"Dear Boss,
I need Wednesday, June 27th, off of work. If not, then this is my two weeks notice. I can start again on June 28th.

Thank you,
Alex"

Practice runs start shortly after the gates open. We usually get 2-4 practice runs in. Around 5pm they start the brackets where you chalk your supposed time on your window. The first person to the line, without going faster than their propsed time, wins. i.e. If you chalk 14.00 and I chalk 13.00, you get a 1s head start. From there, it's the first person to cross the 1320' without "breaking out", or going faster than they said they would. I usually lose in the first round because autos rule and power is a strong function of temperature on a FI car.
