El Dorado Hills off highway 50 is nice. Or at the Highway Patrol Station off Stockton Blvd.

I am leaving the area, there is a decent spot for pics in the area I have used several times. Its on garden highway, its a boat luanching area by the river under I-5 as you head towards Woodland. Here is a few shots I have done there.....
