Nice, I never saw anything but my 1br 1den 1bath that I just moved out of from there. I might have to come over and scope out the bigger ones just to see the difference other than the obvious larger garage. Odd that they put the water heater in there. Mine was in a locked "closet" on the patio.

i checked out a couple of the 2 bedrooms, but none of them allowed pets so we went with the 3br since it was only $100 more haha

Yeah every unit at that complex gets a garage. They're all part of each building. If you're lucky like Max is, and I was when I lived there, the garage is "attached" meaning you pull in, close the door, and walk into your apartment. The only thing that sucks about the 1 bedroom apts. is the garage is a one car garage. You have room to pull in and get out on the drivers side, passenger is too close, and not really room to work on anything in it. It does keep the car covered though which was mostly what I cared about.

i went down to the peninsula and did some hood rat things with my friends from middle school. then spent all day yesterday drinking with my mom and dad on the embarcadero. it was pretty relaxing. now i get to move a ton of crap up to sonoma for them and then pull my gf's stuff out of storage there and haul it to sac. it's going to be a long day, but some new items for the z should be showing up this week so it's all good

Seriously, they work great. Never used to use those things till I got the Z but this one keeps the car a LOT cooler. I can get in after it sits in an outside parking lot all day and not fry myself on the brushed aluminum parts.

edit: I bought mine at Maita, not that website, the website is just so you knew what I was talking about
