lol twice in two years and not that dirty? wth do you park at. Of course, those of us with silver, it hides it a lot better. Man that would suck to clear coat, besides the obvious issues with it actually staying on the car, would take a crap ton of clear coat and wetsanding to get it smooth

NO DOUBT! It was like 5 minutes of WTF downpour and them insta-sun for the rest of the day.
Garage crew for life. I'm a firm believer that a garage is for cars, not junk. The only time I'm not parked in it is when I'm washing the cars or playing with man tools.

Never seen an apartment down in that area with a garage. You need to move up to Roseville where everything is awesome, for that kind of thing. lol

for the most part you will be... the age gap is tremendous in that area... its either ridiculously old, or young with a sports car or huge truck... ya there are a lot of less affluent areas but nothing ever happens in Roseville/Rocklin so nothing to really worry about...

My complex is pretty good, though a bit pricey, but it's the only one in the area that I feel safe parking the Z at. Homecoming at Creekside at Del Paso and I-5 (just north of Arco). All units have a garage and most are attached, as in pull into garage, close door, unlock other door into your apartment and walk in. 1 bed units have a single car garage, the bigger ones have 2 car garages. It's not a cheap place though, about $1000 a month for a 1 bedroom with a den. 3 bed is $1600+ and 2-3 stories high townhome style.

Bro there is a community college here and a **** ton of jobs for those that have graduated (there is a reason Roseville is called the mini-silicon valley). I'd imagine you're in that age bracket somewhere. lol
When I think of Davis, I think college age. When I think of Sac I think old and dying. When I think of Roseville, I think young to middle age people with kids mixed in with old rich ass *****. lol
But I admit. I'm totally biased. I grew up in the hills and moved down. All I know about things west of Douglas BLVD is that there are homeless people out there. HAHA!
