i'm sorry to hear about your misfortune.
i've had a similar bad experience with oil changes at my nissan dealership.
1) tech drives into the install bay and bangs the door against the lift when getting out.
2) unbolts maybe 5 bolts and then proceeds to just bend the plastic to get the filter off (this is all while i'm watching behind the glass)
3) Didn't see the note on the invoice to use customer oil and proceeds to use the dealership conventional oil and fills it up.

There is absolutely no need to take the car to the dealership, especially for something simple like an oil change. The only time a Z (or any other car, for that matter) should be getting serviced at a dealership is for warranty work. Otherwise, it should be either DIY (preferable) or a reputable independent shop.

Im fine now The reason I don't do it cuz I'm lazy, not a really valid reason but it cost me 20 bucks to get oil change at the dealer cuz I know the guy that works there and he gets me a discount but I'm over doin my own changes Bren doin it to long I need a break hahaha

It was all true cuz the tech that was changing my MANUAL transmission oil was going back n forth all over my car goin, "YOYOYO where's da dipstick where's da dipstick..." i was thinkin' just look da mirror & you'll find yourself a dipstick. And then as he was looking for my "dipstick", he steps on the guy's head below to get across to the other side of my car.
You see... the car gets driven across the work area and there's a "pit" below where the tech changes your oil and there was a guy below there & his head is stickin' out. The "dipstick" guy steps on his head to walk across. The guy who got stepped on complains loudly to the manager who was telling me these stories and all the manager does is roll his eyes.
Then, this ghetto-*** fool with dreads comes around smoking a cigar talking to the dipstick-guy and they just kinda chill for a bit with the stereo from another customer's car cranked up.
Then after chillin a bit, the dipstick-guy comes in and asks me "Yo wanna oil change aight?" I was like WTF? i said,"The MANUAL transmission fluid right?" Dipstick-guy, "yeah, GL-Fi!" ???????? That was hardly reassuring cuz I was thinking a number of possible scenarios..... drain engine oil and add tranny fluid to engine..... drain tranny fluid and add tranny fluid to engine.... drain manual oil and replace with automatic fluid...... drain tranny and engine cuz he decide which bolt it is and fill up just one...... anything is possible with the level of stupidity I witnessed.
When I got my car, I told the manager how did I know if the guy actually filled my tranny with new fluid. Afterall, he was the one whoi told me about the horror stories. So he tells the dipstik-guy to come in and the dipstik guy holds up a bottle of tranny fluid and says he put da GL-Fi in.... whatever.... I just took the car and checked the oil myself..... thought I'd save a bit of time.... pennywise pound foolish.... my bad. I'm pretty siure they were the ones who torqued my tranny drain bolt down and it froze in place.
This is the Jiffy Lube on Jarvis Ave.next to Raleys in Newark and it's a 100% true story. I'm not sure they call it Jiffy lube anymore. Don't go to Jiffy Lube or any Lube specialist place for that matter cuz the only lubing you'll get is in your *** with a dipstik shoved in.

wow that was like a autobiograpy or something yea their idiots everywhere most at kragen to I remember I was changing my brakes on my 240 and I went there and bought pads and 4 rotors,I go home jack up my car take the rims off and I change the fronts no problem but then I come to the rear and relized they sold me 4 FRONT rotors, but yea idiotism is spreading
I expect stories like that from 3min oil service places. Got my own, hard lesson learned, but from a dealer? I'd expect more.
Everyone has bad days, but damn...it could've been much worse for you, like a seized VQ from no oil.
Tell dealer you want a bottle of degreaser for your driveway at the very least. Tech could come over and clean it too which would be nice for his fail.
As the old saying goes...it you want it done right, gotta do it yourself.

Which dealer ship did you go to? If you dont mind.
That's the reason why I never took my car to dealers for oil change. There could be alot of things happened to your car while you werent there physically.
I would rather get dirty myself working underneath the car. The pain gets paid off if you know that your car is well taken care of.
One of the technicians in Firestone scratched my rims last time and It was a quite hassle for me to ask their responsibility for the damage. Luckily, they are willing to pay for
the damage.
