i know that with Z it's really hard to push 300 whp without FI

I think we are in a same boat here. Love suby for cheap power and love Z for style. Searching this Z forum to figure out how/what I'm going to mod the Z. Here is my suby and z.

yeah thats what ive been reading. and thats fine with me. just the simple bolt-ons will be fine with me for a while. then MAYBE a stillen S/c. how are the cobb accessports for the Z? i used the accessport for my subaru and it was great. anyone know where id find info?

well dunno about VQ, but Cobb Accessport is the standard for WRX and now EVO engine managment, outside of standalones, everyone has pretty much switched over from other EMs to Cobb.

i dont think cobb is any good for VQ. i forgot the name of it but one of my friend just purchased piggy back (it was about 800 to 900). his car pulls pretty good with that piggy back. also he has popcharger and hks exhaust and test pipe. he could take evo and sti last time i saw him at the runs. (stock ones)

haha, thanks man, good meetin you and everyone else here. everyone is really cool that ive seen so far. and yeah, i HAD to use that car for what it was made to do. it just didnt feel right when i didnt. its actually been waaaay dirtier than that:



but shhhhh. dun tell no one. hahaha.

okay, wtf color is my Z!?!??! ive heard its Silverstone or w.e, then on the window sticker, it says chrome silver, but on the work orders from the previous owner it says sheer silver? WTF COLOR IS IT?!

why dont you come out to a sff meet so we wont be the only out of place z there! we have the silver stone (darker silver) one with red dealer plates on it, we try to come out close to every week.
