Car Detailing in the Bay Area
So guys, I've been wanting to get my Z and GS300 detailed, not because I am lazy its more like I can not do what they do perfectly.
Here's the dilemma,
Craigslist is filled with ad's and pictures of previous customers which are usually some crazy exotic car that doesnt show the quality of detail. I want to know if you have previous experiences with a great car detailer in the bay area...
Experiences anyone?
I know 06gee35 is a detailer as well as his best friend B-ron, but are there anyone else not listed on the forums? I searched car detailing experiences on the Norcal forum, but it seems to have limited replies except when B-ron opened up shop in 07, that thread was interesting...
Please help if you can, thanks!

I was very impressed with the work 06gee35 (andy) did on my black Prius.
Given b-ron's antics in other threads, I dont know that I would want to do business with him (I have no experience with his work).

I use California detailing in SF. A bit pricey but they do a very nice job. I had the "new car treatment" done there when I purchased the Z.

thanks keep the recommendations coming...
As for B-ron's posting he is just a young fellow i believe that got ripped on when he started his business for not being a sponsor, just go read the thread and see how much **** he got. Its almost like he is walking with a chip on the shoulder.
So thats why I am seeing who has detailed their cars.
I am in the East Bay by the way...

Call Z Car Garage at 408 452 0350 and see who they recommend. Most of their cars get regular details. Ask Rob who he suggests for his most special vehicles. Or email here: rob@zcargarage.com
Scott is being modest. Not only does he have an amazing Z car but he gives each Z, G, or anything else that he touches special care. I highly recomend that you give Scott a try and see for your self what bay area detail shops are missing, attention to detail (pun intended.)
Plus if you give him a good tip you may score a ride in his 600+ hp 300ZXtt.

AVR Kustoms is where I got my last two sets of wheels from. They cleaned up my other car when I bought the wheels too. They do wheels, tint, backup sensor install, and detailing really well... 510-683-0970

"Anchor Autobody" in Burlingame is a nice shop, too--the owner, Andrew, is a great guy.

I also, really like the detail/wash job ZcarGarage did, when they installed my LSD. The best part of that...not only was the car, really, really clean but it was free!

I do detail on the side. I have been doing detail professionaly for about 12 years. I have worked for Mazda, Mitsubishi, and Honda as a detail manager. I currently manage a Volvo shop in berkeley and do detail on the side. Feel free to message me if you want a quote or to set up an appointment. I do interior, exterior, and engine. I can do anything from a basic wash, to a full detail including clay bar and wax. Thanks
