I posted this: https://my350z.com/forum/showpost.ph...postcount=1273 over on the NorCal regional - Vellejo Z GTG thread. I asked a G35 buddy of mine (06CPV35), if he could post a link on the G35Driver NorCal Vallejo area thread.
Ok so I have some news... could be good could be bad.
I called Howe park district today to just confirm the reservations dates and times. When getting the confirmation the guy said that we were still confirmed, but there is going to be "garage sale" there that day and that the parking lot is going to be pretty much full until 2 pm. Obviously this is something that creates an issue because the main reason for this BBQ is the CARS!
So here is my possible Fix... and I know that most will be ok with it but others with "Significant others" might have a slight issue.
I talked with Steve from Red Star auto today and had mentioned in passing our little plight. he said that there is a parking lot right next to them that we could have full use of if we wanted. No real catch here. He has a BBQ that we can use, no cost for the park, music is available and there will be women in Bikini's washing cars for a few hours.
The lot can fit the amount of cars that we should show the only things that would need to be brought is chairs for sitting and if you have a canopy that too.
We basicly have one day to make this decision so that all site forums can be updated. I will text all that I know to see if they are ok with this. If i dont get a consensus on this I will just assume that this is going to be the change. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD
The spot is still pretty easily located since its right at the end of capital city freeway and about a block from there.

I vote to change it to Red Star. I will be there. Anyone want to meet up at McDonald's at Sunrise & Madison? I would like to meet up with a few people and then ride out to Red Star from there.
