ok what needs to be brought would be:

Hot Dogs
Burgers
Cheese
Buns
Drinks (non Alcoholic)
condiments
Plates
cups (possibly)
Napkins

These items above are needed first over anything else.

Everything else is what you would want to bring. ie. baked beans, potato salad deserts. I need a list of who would be bringing what. You should not have to spend anymore that 10 bucks for this BBQ and park rental.

Reconfirming - Adam +1 (not reposting cuz i'm already on the list as confirmed)

I can get some of those bags of frozen burger patties from costco ... I think there is 8-10(?) in the pack. I'll get 1 or 2 bags depending on need.

Sorry to intrude on the thread here .. I know I'm not a 350Z owner. Some of you know me, Alan aka "inqui-Z-tor", I have a simple z31 ..
I've put on the Z Socials that some have attended.

Anyway .. the reason I've decided to register and post .. Sean was kind enought to post up about your Z Meet and BBQ (at 3ZC) on June 22nd.

Q1 .. what time does this start?
Q2 .. $5 fee (to offset park rental) .. goes to who? I want to be able to tell 3ZC participants "whom" to look for.

Oh .. and no worries about the z31's out numbering the z33's ... LOL!

Dammit!

I was signed up and paid to attend an event in the bay on June 21st and the event just got cancelled and moved to the June 22nd.

Looks like i'm gonna be tentative at best for the Z meet and greet bbq.
