I was thinking Nissan in Salinas, and then a short cruise to lunch (where you work). This way, we may even take a short ride through Carmel Valley. I know the routes, as does Gabe, and it could be nice, if there's interest. Gabe and I were talking today.
And yes Nissan in Sand City has no room at all. Starbucks is one of my spots anywhere. I carry a Starbucks card in my wallet just for any excuse (I mean occasion), to stop by one.

 

^^^starbucks ***** lol nissan in salinas doesn't have any room either,they got room for like 5-8 cars in the front but it only might be a couple of us anyway.

 

You are definitely mistaken there about Nissan in Salinas. We had 110 last year and room to spare. There's a lot of room there with their new lot having four open rows and the side rowto use and the service lot, plus the front. More than we would ever need for a small group that we are talking about. I always use their lot for the annual runs and we've never run out of space.

Ok I've been debating this and I think we should meet off of highway 1 next to the new target/best buy/oldnavy shopping center because easy access to the freeway.

 

That sounds pretty good to me. Ragtop and I can cruise a little that way from Salinas anyway before arriving, if he's not working. I take it, that's the one by Fort Ord of course.

So, I just wanted to say hi. Just moved to Salinas from Colorado Springs, CO (courtesy of the USMC), and wanted to introduce myself. I won't be able to make the June 14th meet, since I will be in Salt Lake City, UT, at Miller MotorSports Park for a NASA Rocky Mountain event, but I'd love to get together with you guys some time.
