Default Quick Question...

So if you remember me.. YEAH... If not... i'm kinda new at this. SO here is the deal...

Will tail lights from an 03-05 fit my 07 or is the body really that different... I can't seem to find alot of parts for the 07 but lots for every other year...

Thanks,
Samantha

So ok knowing tose lights fit...

The rear turn signal/reverse lights will 03-05 fit for them too?

Its just the front side markers that are different right?

Sorry i'm really new to non american cars...

The body kits are different too or do those fit?

Like I said i'm having issues finding stuff for a 07...

rear turn signals are the same for all models. Anything attached to the bumper is going to be different (side markers, lips, some plastics) from 03-05 and 06+. the side and rear kits should fit all models.

I actually prefer my 03 tail lights over the LEDs. Although the newer headlights are much better than the 03's. I'm definitely jealous when I see those.

Negative on the instant ticket. I live in California too. Just carry around a printout of the CVC with you for jerk-cops. I myself was thinking of color matching my tails charcoal when I repaint my car. California Vehicle Code: (e) Taillamps shall be red in color and shall be plainly visible from all distances within 500 feet to the rear except that taillamps on vehicles manufactured after January 1, 1969, shall be plainly visible from all distances within 1,000 feet to the rear.

So, unless you have a 1969 350Z, feel free to make your tail lights whatever color you want

Where in San Jose do you live? I moved from South San Jose to Fremont.

I think that statement says all tail lamps are required to be red. Pre 1969 vehicles can have dimmer lights than post 1969 vehicles, which are required to have brighter lights.

This is the correct interpretation. All the law is saying is that your taillights MUST be primarily red in color.

If you have a pre 1969 car, you only need to be able to see them from 500 ft. later model cars need to be visible from 1000.
