Alright guys we are going to try and get together for a Nor Cal East Bay meet. I would like to start a thread that members can sign up so that everyone knows who is coming. Also this will be a place to put in idea's for locations, changes, suggestions. or whatever. We are having our first meet June 13th at 7Pm Pyramid Brewery 901 Gilman St Berkeley, Ca 94710. (510)527-9090 http://www.pyramidbrew.com/alehouses/berkeley.php. We will then start to meet every Friday at 7Pm but maybe change the location from time to time. For those of you who are interested afterwards we can go cruise around the East Bay, see a movie, shoot some pool, or chill at the bar. Please sign up on this page. Hope to see you all there.

parkin looks like an issue. around the block there is a alright lot also across the street behind the building. google map it then click satellite view to see what i am talkin about

 

they actually have a fairly large parking lot at the brewery. might be a bit full at happy hour on a friday, but we'll prolly be alright.

 

sounds good finally a meet in berkeley. Im pretty sure im in but i have to check and see if i work.

 

If i remember correctly, isnt the entrance to get in and out of this parking lot pretty sketchy? I havent been to this one in about a year but i remember my friends lowered civic scraping on the incline/decline.

I think the entrace is pretty friendly. I am not lowered but do have a kit and I didnt touch, but worse case there is plenty of street parking, and as I said if its packed and we cant all fit we can take it somewhere else. There are a few places right around there that we can park.

So I was at Pyramid tonight with some local Riders. Parking lot was good. Did not seem like anyone would have a problem getting in and out. I am going to try and make reservations for about 15 people. If more show than its cool Im sure they can deal with it. I passed by a tire shop right before I got to Pyramid. This place was closed and had a nice size parking lot right along the road. I was thinking it might be cool to park there we could hang out for a few talk and then walk across the street for dinner. I think the address is 820 Gilman St. So if you exit the highway coming from Oakland you would take a right of the exit the tire shop is on the right across the street from Pyramid. I will try and get there early and park right out front. Look for a blue Z. My cell is 678-485-0564 if any of you get lost just give me a call. See you all there.

 

dang i still need to wash my car lol... its has been stiing in my garage for a long time... i needs a dust off

 

Better get to it. I tried to clean mine early this week but the damn dust and pollen is everywhere. Hopefully the sun is going to come out soon today. Last night was so nice, and now today its alittle chilly. Should still be a cool meet. Looks like we are going to have about 13 members so should be a good meet.

 

I dropped my car off @ the dealer but if I get it back today I might stop by. I haven't been to Pyramid in well over a year. The last time I was there they had a beer called Dragons Milk and for the life of me I cant remember how i got home that night. All I had was one pitcher....

 

LOL well hopefully tonight wont be one of those nights, but then again it is friday the 13th... Well hopefully you can make it. It should be a good time.

 

No, if I go I will be driving myself so my limit is 2 beers. That night I went with a couple of friends and the driver wasn't drinking.

you will get off at Gilman, take a right off the exit, and the parking lot will be about a half mile up on the right. I left my cell in the thread just call me if you get lost its really easy to find.
