i had bought a set of rims off of a member j_z2006 and paypal'd him the money as of 12-16-07. he had yet to send me the rims, and now 7 months later, after numerous pm's, emails, and even a handwritten, tangible letter, i have yet to hear back from him. i even filed a claim with paypal, and havent heard anything yet. he stated his address was

but his paypal name goes to a yen fung, and when i checked the address, it belongs to a yee cheng. ive given him plenty of time, and plenty of options, and he neither refunded, or shipped out the rims. any suggestions from you guys?? im pretty at the moment, ready to him the %$#^ out


so im hoping maybe some of you cali people can help me out. he claims to own a 240sx, and has a red z roadster w/ gold rims THAT SHOULD BE MINE!!!

 

How long did you wait before filing a claim?

I certainly hope it didn't take you seven months to get a claim started.

man that's sad... i got freud from ebay once and they didnt do **** about it. and i paid about 900 dollars and they only gave me back 150 dollars only. i was pissed off. those stupid paypal people are so not responsible that they wont even care and i asked about if they can trace his account but they told me they are not allow to do that or something... oh yea. if you paid with "credit" card then i heard you can get it back.

That's in the Visitacion Valley neighborhood. Not exactly the best and safest. This person does not have a # listed that I could find online. She might be the landlord or relative of "Jerry Tam"

Why not have a lawyer draw up a notice to perform that says either send the wheels in 7 days or authorities will be contacted, take him to court etc etc. Send it to both addresses via fedex so someone has to sign for it.

Did you call the cops? This is fraud and theft. SFPD is terrible but give it a shot.

ive seen that guy at starbucks in daly city serramonte last time red roadster with v2 front lip and canards and gold rims.i even took a picture of the car on my phone but i deleted it.
