You're going to love it there. That's my favorite place.

Any chance the meet up point will be in Montery and then the drive will head North towards Santa Cruz.

I'm thinking of taking 101 South, then heading back North on 1 to SF.

12:45 drive thru the carmel valley or monterey
1:30 chat more/or if its enough request maybe we can do lunch

Sorry to butt in. A little bit off topic, but what do you guys think about this hotel:
http://www.bestwesterncalifornia.com...nn-and-suites/
It should be pretty safe there?? Right next to "In-Out-Burger" right off the 101.
We have 80 cars coming from the B.A. and L.A. to attend ALMS/IMSA Lagua Seca this October. Trying to find places other than Monterey to people to stay at affordable price. Any suggestions?

Warren, How's is S.D? Hot? How's the S.C. coming along.

The area where the hotel is at is a good location but if you go down about 3 blocks its kinda of a sketchy area but the hotel is kinda offset to that area so you should be fine,my ex usta work there.how long is the crew going to be here?3 days?

Quinn the expert on this one. I've never been there.
As to S.D. Don't need a jacket, only shorts and short sleeve shirts, sandals, or tennis shoes with low cut socks. Hot... yesss. But on the way back we visited Bakersfield 100 degrees. Now that was hot.
S/C I drop the car off this Sat. 2 weeks. Got home 11:30pm Sat night. Went to work today.

They got a decent rate. $109.00 a night. Most are coming down Thurs or Friday night and heading back Sat or Sunday night. The people from L.A. are staying in Hilton/Hyatt Monterey. Most will be using Robert Smith for mobile detailing as they did last year.

BTW: are any of you guys going to Concorso Italiano in Pebble, and Marina Airport this year? Same weekend Monterey Historics, Kelly's auto auction at Downtown Marriot, which is awesome.

Just heard though the grapevine that Nissan Z, GTR, G35 will have their own corral this year at Laguna Seca in October. Details are still being set up and this will be the first year Nissan/Infinity are going to participate in the ALMS/IMSA.

Here it is: https://my350z.com/forum/northern-ca...nterey-ca.html

Got her back. Need to clean her up now. And geesh, I was going to WalMart and some stupid ---- had to pull and up challenge. Got to try her out, 2X and no problem. It was the road past Nissan, around the curve towards WalMart. I also learned what I didn't know, that is, pow!!! she bang, or what ever...
They got a GTR at Nissan now too... Saw Robert today at the gas station (Parts Manager).
