Meeting time at nissan dealership (salinas)will be at 11:15am and leave from there 11:35.

 

I'm fairly bogged down with work (I'm at NPS) but I should be able to sneak out of the house for a meet and greet at noon. Won't be able to make the ride itself.

 

anybody do any track course racing in marina or laguna?

 

Well, yes, and no. I'm a member of NASA, and used to track my G on a regular basis, back when I lived in Colorado. Probably have about 30 track days under my belt at this point. Unfortunately, due to money, I haven't been to any tracks here in California yet(of which there are about 5 within 300 miles of Salinas, including Laguna Seca)

So, if you have any questions about tracking your Z, I can answer them, but I can't answer anything about local tracks, yet. I do think NASA is going to have a track weekend at laguna Seca in January, but I'm not for sure about it; if so, I will be tthere for that.

There are also other groups that do track events; SpeedVentures is one, and there are others, but I don't really know much about them.

hey jarret you could of we were in fort ord till about 130ish i think, then went for a drive thru 17 mile drive and ate,great turn out 8-9 people....its a start,great meeting the all new local guys.

 

You miss out Jarret, but the mini run gathering are nice, and I'm sure Quinn will be announcing more in the future.

 

i was nice to meet other Z's out in the 831 glad i went, keep us posted with updates
