The free entry is by car, the restaurant will notify all cars with ticket get in free, and also I have a friend who lives on Pebble Beach who will back up the free entry. Such as myself and my other half, it's simple we have free entry. If a person has two cars, then both get in free. We turn in the names to the point of contact and they will be given to the gate guard, who then can match a ticket with their name then. That's the same way we did it the last three years. After re-reading post #26 again I get it now. For some reason the first time around I thought we were being charged $9.75 for the 17 mile that was included in the $28.50 that we were paying for the meal ticket. That would have meant that 2 people in one car would be over paying by $9.75 when only one car was making the drive.

I'm in for the bernal meet spot
sid67jp mentioned that, last year, everyone met up at the Starbucks off Bernal/101S. It sounds like a great place to meet up, as it's right off of 101, just south of SJ. I was thinking maybe meeting there around 8:30-9:00AM, leaving no later than 9:15AM?
This way everyone, from the North/East/South Bay could all funnel into one location before the hour drive down 101 to Salinas.
Would you guys want to also meet up at the Starbucks off Bernal/101S?

Alright I guess we're gonna settle on the same spot as last year.
Meeting place for the caravan to Salinas would be at Starbucks on Bernal Rd, off 101. This is the meeting place throughout Bay Area or anybody who wants to join the caravan.
If the time is too early, please feel free to suggest whatever is convenient for you. But take note, the meeting time at Nissan Salinas is 10 am.
