Damn, sorry to hear that bro. It looks like its repairable and not salvaged by looking at the pictures. But you would still want to have a bodyshop inspect for frame damage just to be sure. I bet you anything that the driver wasn't paying attention and just assumed that you were going. Also, make sure to have your kneck checked out. It will get worse if it doesn't heal properly as someone mentioned. Hope you and your car recover soon bro.

Yes, in most cases it would be consider salvaged, depending on your insurance company. Or, the repair cost of the vehicle equals or exceeds either 70% or 80% of the value of the car. Remember, once there is frame damage and its salvaged, the info will then be sent to DMW courtesy of your insurance company, and the title will show salvaged on your pinkslip. The value of your vehicle will be drastically reduced if you plan to sell in the future (considering everything has been repaired). I hope there isn't any frame damage at all. Since the driver's side rear quarter panel has signs of buckle, there might be some kind of frame damage. Like I mentioned, bring your Z to a reputable body shop and have them look underneath the rear end with the bumper off.

Sorry to burst your bubbles but, It will not be salvaged from the looks of the hit.
From what I see, The worst would be your rear panel being bent (Which is fixable), Rear bumper / cover being smashed (Which is fixable).
I've seen worse on a Z such as this Z with the outer and inner rear quarter panel being replace. No salvage title there.
Unless you were driving some rare hard to come by car such as Nissan GTR at the moment or someone stirpping your entire Z I don't think your insuarance company will give you an salvage title.
Hope you feel better cause it's dosn't hurt when you get hit, it starts hurting after couple of days later.
Best of luck
