I don't know if it is a personalized plate or not but it belongs to a 350Z already (not mine).

I don't fail, I know what car it goes to. It's a car than has been seen by probably 95% of the members.

It's really not that hard. Think of cars that maybe 95% of the forum members have seen images of. The longer soembody has been a member, the more likely they have seen it multiple times. I'm sure anybody who has been a active reader of the main forums has seen it once at least.
