I sure was. I had gone into Marina for something, and was headed to Quiznos in Salinas on Blanco. Didn't see you though, but my wife was in the car, so I was probably paying attention to her.

Oh man, I was home around 2:30pm, and I was thinking the same thing. Listen to "Dave" the dark side", black...hmmm. Why don't just grab Dave's car, since he's got the turbo in it already...
Just a thought... (Oh yes, and the Dave said he has the clutch fixed, so you don't even have to charge him for fixing it...

Should have give us a ring Dave, the three of us and our spouses could have met for lunch...besides, Quinn's thinking about a G35, and I could have kept you busy, while he grabbed yours.... and as what do/would I know about it...

Hey, I got my 22 years in the Marine Corps. I even visited M.C.R.D. and Camp Pendleton over the holidays. Went to see my old stomping grounds. Dave, I'm sure knows them also, if he went to San Diego for Boot. How about it Dave?

I am indeed a Hollywood Marine, and I was even able to get my heavy DI to come to my commissioning and give me my first salute. All of my DI's are retired now, though.

Yes, I know, time just flies by. Before you know it, you'll be retired also. I couldn't believe how fast time goes. Enjoy it, as I did though. I wish I could go back 20 years or even 30. Where doe time go? This Friday I'll be hitching up another year again, so as always I take January 9th off, my day of reminiscing each year.

16 miles into NPS, did my weightlifting and 16 miles home. I bike into NPS 4 days a week, and it's 16 miles each way. Cycling in the rain is kind of fun, I aim for the puddles! Gotta clean off the bike when I get home, though. And watch out for distracted drivers, but thats all the time.

It was a black, a bronze, and a silver Z, didn't shat what exact models, other than they were all 350Z coupes. No verts. Not together, either, and this was between 1115 and 1215.

I'll try to bring a couple of cars down on Sunday. We are having a GT-R meet at the shop on Saturday so hopefully i'll be up for it. I'll keep you all posted.

If there is a big enough of a response i'll put it up on zcarblog.com so that it gets a bit more coverage and attendance.

Long Live the Z
