LOL, that came out of left field. I have to take my car in to another dealer to check my recall on the airbag sensor. They told me it was okay 1 week before they closed and i know its bad because it stays on when somebody rides in the passenger side every now and then.

I'm happy they closed down.

The Sales Dept and General Manager of Superior Nissan were all bunch of thieves.

I bought my 08 from these guys a year ago and they undervalued my trade-in by 10K. It was my mistake for not reading the contract and taking they word on what we agreed on verbally. I went back a couple of days after later asking why the numbers didn't add up and they told me this is what I agreed to. After taking it up with the General Manager, he said I was SOL and told me to take a walk since I already signed the contract.

They finally got what they had coming to them.

Funny, I had a little trouble with my invoice/contract too. Did they by any chance print it out more than 3 times?

My contract changed 6 times. The guy that did my paperwork was Paul. Funny how he wouldn't return my calls. Mine wasn't a financial thing, but it still bothers me.

I did get a kick *** trade in credit though. They matched KBB and I was good with that.

I'm happy to hear you got a good trade in value for the car. KBB is cool enough.

Paul Burghardt was the same Finance Manager that did my paperwork.
Abdul Muttalib was the Salesman who sold me the car. Unlucky for me, the terms we talked about didn't get transferred to contract.
Yosef was the General Manager who told me to take a walk.

If you guys come across any of these guys in the future, I'd check the contract twice before signing it.

Damn there goes my lifetime free tire warranty.. I bought my nismo there. I'm glad they closed. They were so friendly when I bought the car but when I got the tranny recall and brought the car in they said they would call me back when I could get the tranny fixed. They never called back so I brought the car to Tracy Nissan and they did it in the same day. Best customer service ever. They even washed my car and gave me a discount card.
