[South Bay]: question about smog check place

question about smog check place
i know i should have smog check my car while ago but i totally forgot about it. i just went to smog shop today but 76 near by my house told me that my car is too low to smog check... does anyone know any smog place that can do lower cars? i live in South San Jose.
