Need wheel spacer help...
The reason im posting here instead of wheel thread is im less likely to get some ******** responses from norcal guys lol. But, I wanna run wheel spacers on my car, it would mostly be a temporary thing untill i can get my wheels, but i want to get my stance slightly wider to make the wheels sit a bit more flush. my car is pretty low though and im not sure if this would create rubbing issues. I was thinking doing 10mm front and 15mm rear? but would that be wide enough to make a noticable difference? a lot of people run 20mm/25mm setups, but i highly doubt i could do that and not rub. Pics below show how low my car is right now, let me know what sizing you think would work best? im thinkin 10mm front 15mm rear, or maybe 15 front 20 rear??

Judging from that last pic, you'd need at least a 25mm in the rear to sit flush. Do you have a camber kit with that drop? And forgive my ignorance, but what rear addons are those? CF Veilsides or something? Flows nicely, great lines on your car.
And what wheels you going for eventually? I think some gunmetal GTS or Seibon Edition TE's would sit nicely.

I don't have any pictures of it when it was lowered on that setup. My car is sitting on the Eibach Pro Kit which is supposedly only a 1" drop, I didn't get any rubbing on 245 tire/stock wheel setup and 30mm spacers in the rear. Though it may vary depending on your actual alignment and setup.
If you plan on getting new wheels, I really encourage you just keep saving. Spacers are expensive and you never get what you pay for them when you resell them.
BTW, your car looks great!

Thanks i guess i'll end up doing 20 front 25 rear. i have a bit of negative camber, not a kit, but just a result of the drop. As for the rear addons they are the chargespeed bottomline i guess skirt aprons? lol. not sure what they're called but i got em here:

As for wheels im thinkin of going with the Volk RE30's. 18x9.5f 18x10.5 rear. Something along those lines

Thank you sir, thats probably the size i'll end up going with. Any reccomendations as to what brand to go with now? i definitely want/need hubcentrics, what ones are built in? From what i've seen H&R and Ichiba are built in but eibach is not? am i right or do i fail at intarwebz? lol

^^ Everyone has different taste.... Since you have a 1.5" drop, I suppose you have a camber kit. If so, I'd recommend 25mm in the front and 30mm in the rear. Also, make sure you get new studs....Gluck with whatever you decide.
Nice ride!

OK, done. I ordered Ichiba V2 hubcentric 20f 25r and the eibach camber kit since i didnt have it before. Its weird, i lowered the car a ton but my treadwear is completely unchanged and normal. Who knows, better to get the camber kit anyways tho.

I say 15 mm all around.
once I try 25 mm on rear and was a big mistake it was rubbing very bad.
I have to remove it right a way.
if you want to go aggressive you need to have the rear fenders rolled.
