Adding a roll-call to the first post. If I've missed you or don't know your run group, please speak up!

^ Sounds interesting. I was kinda disappointed that there weren't more T'Hill days when NCRC released their 2010 schedule.

Four for the year, and I'm going to try to make them all. I'm also going to go with them to Buttonwillow at least once, obviously Seca on the 25th, and maybe one or both of their Seca events in November. Should be a good time!

Exactly how many times a year do you track scott? Have you considered changing your profession?

Last year was the first year I really stepped it up after buying the dedicated track Z. This year I'll likely run 10 or so track days and 15-20 autocrosses. I've already run 2 track events and 3 autocrosses this year, with 1 more track event and two more autocrosses planned. I also drag race 3 or 4 times a year, but haven't yet this year.

Z Car Garage is going to run a drag series competition like they did a few years ago, so I may go a few more times this year.

I'd love to change professions, but stability is trying times is good.

Guess I shoulda checked my email in the first place. Excerpt from NCRC email:

Thunderhill: Due to a serious business dispute that we have with the track, Thunderhill has cancelled all our events. We have retained the services of an attorney and a complaint will be filed against the track in the next few days. Once the lawsuit is filed we will be able to give you a lot more information.

Buttonwillow: The March 22 event is cancelled, for now we are only opening the two weekends. We will be able to give you more information regarding the single-day events very soon.

So anyone possibly going to cancel in either of the solo classes so I can get in from the wait-list?

I NEED to get on Laguna Seca before I report in at Quantico, Virginia in March!

I just saw this - bummer. I was working with them for a ZoNC-based event at T-hill in June and again in September. Hopefully they'll sort it out. An event at B'willow would be awesome, but given the extra distance, I'm afraid we wouldn't get as good of a turn out.

Agreed. Buttonwillow may be a little out of most people's range. I was gonna register for 3/23 but that obviously won't be happening now. I'll probably be there on 3/26 so I might get some track time in then.

Here's hoping NCRC can get the legal mess straightened out. Might have to bite the bullet for one of the more expensive orgs if I wanna see T'Hill netime soon.

I do too. Hooked On Driving is at T-hill a lot, but their events are still priced more for the, uh, classy vehicles. They run T-hill for $285 and Laguna for $345.

^ I'm afraid I'm just not that classy

I've done a handful of days with TEAM Racing but they are a little on the pricey side too. At least they offer lunch and 6 sessions.

Unfortunately, the organizer had back surgery and they aren't even offering anything until July. Website isn't even updated for 2010 yet.

Are there any full track days that I can get in on before March 12th? Regardless of price? :\
